What the calculators are built on
A number is only as good as its source
Every regulated figure comes from a rule set citing the authority’s own publication, the date it was retrieved and the period it applies to. There are 11 of them, all listed publicly. A calculator that cannot tell you where its rates came from is asking to be trusted rather than checked.
A gap is better than a guess
South Australian transfer duty is not offered, because the schedule could not be verified against an official source. Duty on a purchase is a five-figure statutory liability, and a plausible wrong number is more damaging than an honest absence. The gap is stated on every page it affects.
The date matters
Rates change, and a purchase is assessed against the scale in force when it was contracted. Regulated calculators resolve rates from the date you supply rather than from today, which means an answer about last year is right about last year.
What somebody types is theirs
Salaries, loan balances, property values and deposits are processed in the browser and never stored. Engagement analytics record what happened, not what was entered, and a release-blocking test asserts no financial field can reach the events table.
The caveats belong next to the answer
Every calculator states what it assumes and where it stops being reliable, in plain words on the page rather than in a tooltip or a footer nobody opens.
Where the product is
The calculators, the embed runtime, the branding and configuration dashboard, the engagement analytics and the customer account system are all built and working. This site runs the production versions of all of them.
What is not switched on is the commercial layer: no prices have been published, and self-service signup is not yet open. That is a decision not yet made rather than software not yet written, and we would rather say so than dress a pricing page in invented numbers.
Australia first, and only Australia so far
The platform is built for several markets — a calculator declares which markets it serves, and regulatory rules are scoped by market and jurisdiction — but Australia is the only one with calculators and verified sources behind it.
No page exists for any other market. An empty market page would imply coverage that does not exist, and finding that out after clicking is worse than not seeing the link.
What this page does not tell you
There are no customer logos, testimonials, user counts or case studies on this site, because there are none to report. When there are, they will be real and attributable.
A page like this is where a young product is most tempted to invent social proof. It is also the page a careful buyer reads most sceptically, which is a good reason not to.
